About the role

As the Senior Learning and Development Coordinator, you will have the unique opportunity to shape and coordinate CPL’s Learning and Development framework to enhance workforce capability, values and culture to meet business needs. In partnership with internal stakeholders and expert third parties you will design and develop effective learning content and be responsible for the planning, coordination and administration of all training activities. Your proactive leadership and innovative thinking will drive the development of our Learning Management System (Moodle) and promote learning and development programs throughout the organisation.

The ideal candidate

  • Strong background in Learning and Development including training needs analysis, outcome driven program development and delivery of training
  • Previous facilitation experience within an Learning and Development function
  • Proven experience administering a corporate Learning Management Systems
  • High level customer service and ability to develop excellent working relationships
  • Strong organisational skills with project management experience
  • Ability to work independently and use your own initiative
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Innovative and dedicated to finding better ways

Certificate IV Workplace Training & Assessment or equivalent experience is essential.
